Action is the main resource in CSII that replaces cooldowns like other roblox fighting games.
Indicated by a grey bar, Action depletes whenever you use specials, dash, or use certain normals.
When action is depleted, it regenerates at a constant pace if you arent using any moves. If you use any moves while its regenerating, the regeneration pauses until after the endlag of a move.
Some moves can also replenish action, mostly grabs.
Each character has specific health pools depending on how they play.
Typically, light characters have ~9500, normal characters have ~10050, and heavier characters have ~11500
M1's & M2's can be chained together in combos and such for different results. Normals cannot be chained together in midair.
Rapid cancelling is a mechanic that allows you to cancel any animation at the cost of some action.
The cost of cancelling is different for each character, but typically its around 65% to cancel.
To rapid cancel, press F while in any animation and you can cancel it into a neutral state. This does not work midair.
Note: Rapid cancelling used to highlight your character for a moment, not anymore its broken lol
False resettting is a technique that lets you reset your M1 string during the endlag of a normal.
It is performed by pressing W+Shift while in the endlag of a normal and having insufficient action to dash forward.
